Sound Familiar?
Where did the time go?
Does an hour feel like five minutes when you're focused, but five minutes feel like an hour when you're bored? Do days end with you wondering where the hours went and what you actually did?
Want to, but can't get started
Is the gap between knowing what you need to do and actually doing it immense? Do you stare at your list, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, even for tasks you genuinely want to complete?
Great at planning, but not executing
Are you brilliant at brainstorming, outlining, and visualizing the big picture, but the day-to-day execution feels draining or impossible? Do exciting plans often fizzle out when the novelty fades?
Negative feedback is oh so painful
Do you brace for impact whenever feedback comes your way? Does even mild criticism or perceived rejection feel disproportionately crushing, derailing your mood for hours or days?
Laser-focus... when I'm interested
Can you lose yourself completely in something fascinating (hello, hyperfocus!), but struggle to engage your brain for necessary 'boring' tasks? Is your attention an all-or-nothing game?
So productive, but then it all falls apart
Do you ride waves of intense productivity, tackling everything at once, only to crash into burnout and overwhelm? Are your systems built during high-energy phases unsustainable later?
YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE!
You are not alone, and there is nothing wrong with your brain!
Hello!
I'm Matt. I'm an ADDCA certified ADHD Coach. For the past 4 years, I've had the privilege of leading an ADHD support group in Bangkok, connecting with incredible individuals from around the globe. This experience, coupled with ongoing collaborations with ADHD professionals worldwide, has given me unique insights into the challenges and triumphs of living with ADHD, both in Asia and the West. I understand the frustration, the feeling of being misunderstood, and being treated as "less than." My own journey with ADHD was marked by those same feelings, and it fueled my passion for helping others leading me to found ADHD Intelligence.
In my coaching practice, I believe in empowering you with knowledge. Together, we'll explore the intricacies of ADHD and develop personalized strategies that work for you. My goal is to equip you with the tools, systems and understanding you need to take control of your ADHD, rather than letting it control you. I want you to feel confident, capable, and completely in charge of your own path.

TESTIMONIALS
"Beyond just listening, Matt is always ready to go the extra mile to support you in more active ways—whether it's through body doubling, regular check-ins, or simply holding a safe space for open, meaningful conversations. I don’t know many people who go above and beyond like he does.
What’s funny is that I’ve never actually met Matt in person, but I still love attending his ADHD sessions, sharing my story, and offering my input. I’ve watched Matt give everything he has to the people who come across his platform. His life experiences are pretty unique, and he’s tried different paths before finding the one that truly fits. He brings a lot of valuable insights from those experiences. If you’re considering an ADHD coach, I highly recommend giving Matt a shot. Based on everything I know about him, I can confidently say he’ll give you his all, no matter what."

"Working with Matt as my ADHD coach has been a game-changer. He is incredibly polite, humble, and genuinely compassionate. In every session, he makes me feel heard and supported, which motivates me to contribute and put in the effort. One of the biggest challenges with ADHD is developing self-compassion and resilience, and Matt has guided me on this journey in such a meaningful way.
He doesn’t just offer quick fixes—his approach is about helping me build systems that work for me now, while empowering me to develop the skills to maintain and adapt them independently in the future. Thanks to Matt, I’ve learned to be kinder to myself and stay resilient, even in challenging moments. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!"
